So you’ve made the decision to change a few things (or maybe a lot) and commit to the Misner Plan. Now what? What should your first steps be? What do you want to change first? What do you not need to change at all at the beginning? Let’s start with what NOT to change at the beginning.
First of all, don’t change a thing. Yes, you heard me correctly. We recommend that you become familiar with the food lists, read the articles on the website and read The Misner Plan: How We Healed Cancer Naturally with Food, Nutrition and Healthy Living, before you do anything else. It takes several times through the material to absorb the information. Take at least a week to read and re-read the content.
And ask us questions. There are several ways to ask questions: here at the website in the forums, in our Facebook group (www.Facebook.com/MisnerPlan) and via email (www.MisnerPlan.com/contact_us). Unless your question is very private, ask it in one of the public forums so that others may be helped by your query.
If you are a coffee or tea drinker, do not stop! You will need some time to adjust and your body will need to receive more hydration to move through this adjustment period, so please do not stop drinking coffee or tea right away. You may drink a bit more water, for example, a glass of water before your cuppa and a glass afterwards. I will talk about how to comfortably begin cutting back your caffeine intake a bit later in this series.
In the second week, after you have read and re-read the material, asked your questions and feel you have a better understanding of the aspects of the Misner Plan, they you will want to begin making some small changes. We recommend that you move into Phase 3 and take a look at your calendar to plan when you are able to take the time to enter into the eight days of Phase 1 and then continue on the rest of the month afterwards in Phase 2.
When moving into Phase 3, there are a few things to keep in mind so that your transition goes well and you are ready for success with the Misner Plan. My next few blog posts will address some specific tips to help you succeed.
