When deciding which phase of the Misner Plan to begin with, here are some basic guidelines:

Before choosing any of the phases, please consult your personal doctor to be sure the Misner Plan is appropriate for you.

If you have any serious medical conditions, please consult your personal doctor and seek their guidance before choosing a starting phase.

If your primary goal is weight loss or building your immune system and you do not have any serious medical conditions, you may wish to begin with Phase 1.

If your primary goal is more energy, less fatigue, and more productivity, you may wish to begin with Phase 2 for 30 days and then move into Phase 3.

If your primary goal is to improve your already fabulous health status, you may wish to start right in with Phase 3.

Remember that you can start first in any phase you feel is appropriate for you. And we do not recommend attempting Phase 1 without the supporting supplements.

For those of you who have been moving through the phases, do you  have a favorite phase? We found that we liked each of the phases for different reasons. Especially Phase 1. It is SO much easier to do Phase 1 with a companion, than to do it alone.

We have a lot of new readers thanks to our Free for Five Days promotion which started yesterday. The forums have been quiet, I think because we have such an active Misner Plan Facebook page. If you have questions which you post here or make comments, Ivan and I are emailed and you can see that we respond to you personally. Please feel free to interact here with us, or Like the Facebook page and interact with us there. Whatever is best for you!

Welcome to the greatest health adventure of your life!
