I am going to be doing the 90-Day Challenge with you all! I have traditionally started Phase 1 after Thanksgiving for the past few years just as a way to end the year in great health. Typically we travel a whole bunch and detoxing is a positive note on which to end. It also takes me into the new year with rededication and focus on my health goals.
So, here are my goals:
Clear up some dry skin issues
Balance hormones including thyroid
Re-establish my workout routine which has taken a hit from all the end-of-the-year travel we have done (who am I kidding? It’s been since July that I’ve been really diligent)
