I just loved seeing your video and reading a lot on your diet plans and exercise regime. i went through a heart condition of blockages two year ago. i opted for non surgical method of healing through a doctor here in India who is a disciple of Dr. Dean Ornish, a famous heart specialist in the USA who has treated the likes of Bill Clinton and others. My program was based on non oily diet and high veggies and a 3 mile walk everyday. It has worked wonders on my body and soul and now i am raring to go. i had to miss 2 US ithernational conferences due to this program.
I am so glad you have come up with this website. i will pass the word around through social media about this.
    Thanks

Thank you, Gopu. We are grateful and blessed to have you back with us at the conference this year. There is so much possible through alternative methods. Western medicine has its strengths, but we become too reliant on it and can overlook a more integrative approach. Being informed about all the wonderful ways food, exercise and mental attitude factor in is necessary. We appreciate your support!

We made this for our Holiday party. It can be easily doubled (2x-3x-4x,etc) for a crowd. You can make a batch spicy, and another batch mild or use other spices for different flavors.
